About Me

I am a seasoned technical manager with a PhD in computer science, enhanced by an EMBA. My career spans roles in research innovation, project and product management, and software development management within both corporate and startup environments. I excel in bridging the gap between technical and business worlds, having contributed to the development and optimization of AI-enabling products in multiple domains, such as Systems Engineering, Operations Research and Fintech. My expertise in mathematical modeling, optimization, AI, SaaS products and strategic communication has been instrumental in advising top management and clients, leading teams to deliver efficient solutions and roadmapping AI and optimization-powered products.

I kicked off my career at Siemens Digital Industries, where I was part of an innovative team that felt like a startup within Siemens' research department. There, I played a key role in developing cutting-edge tools for design space exploration. This work involved using mathematical modeling and optimization to come up with all possible designs for a system based on specific requirements. My contributions included drafting and implementing several research proposals, expanding the domain-specific language, and improving the tool's solver. Thanks to these enhancements, we were able to tackle massive problems that previously seemed impossible to solve quickly.

 

Later, I shifted gears to software development management. In this role, I led a team dedicated to creating tools that bridge different systems. We focused on data transformation and developing compilers for systems engineering tools, pushing the envelope on what our technology could achieve.

 

At IntellectEU, my journey continued as a technical product manager and consultant. Here, I helped clients from the initial sales stages by translating their business needs into technical requirements and pinpointing how IntellectEU could meet those needs. My daily tasks varied from conducting market research and building prototype applications powered by large language models (LLMs), to crafting business plans for discussions with senior management.

 

Driven by a belief that I could bring significant value to various industries with my unique skill set, I decided to venture out and start iHQ. I thrive in both highly technical discussions and business-centric conversations. I'm passionate about brainstorming ideas, mapping out roadmaps, showcasing their value to different stakeholders, and guiding teams to bring these visions to life.
